We are in need of a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Jeddah. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and make recommendations based on guests' preferences
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and address them appropriately
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and work stations
- Assist with restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Positive attitude with a customer service-oriented mindset
