Sales Manager
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve company sales targets and objectives. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring performance, and identifying areas for improvement. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. This position is based in Ar-Ruwais and is open to Indian nationals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Set individual and team targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Collaborate with other departments to identify cross-selling opportunities
- Attend industry events to promote company products/services
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
Salary: 900$ per month
