Team Lead (Project Management) - Shan, China



As a Team Lead for our project management team in Shan, China, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a team of project managers and ensuring successful project delivery. This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure project deadlines are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and budgets
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any issues or concerns
- Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills and knowledge in project management
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide feedback for improvement
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing diverse projects simultaneously
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Biometric passport required
