Teamlead for Contract-Based Project in Shan, India



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Shan, India. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals and overseeing the successful delivery of a contract-based project. This is a contract job with a salary of 900$. Candidates with Indian nationality and those who have their own visa are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of professionals to ensure timely and successful completion of the project
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure adherence to project objectives
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
- Mentor team members and provide guidance on technical issues when needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar role in the IT industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello is preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
