Commercial Architect


We are hiring a skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Mauren. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants. Your main goal will be to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Select appropriate materials and finishes for each project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws
- Oversee construction process to ensure quality and adherence to design plans
- Manage budget constraints and deadlines
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and construction techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Mauren, a beautiful city known for its stunning architecture. While we welcome candidates from all nationalities, proficiency in English is required for this role.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with standard working hours from Monday to Friday. However, we are open to discussing part-time options for the right candidate.
