Commercial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Mauren. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and plan commercial buildings according to client requirements and budget
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to assess building conditions and gather information for design
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Create 3D models of buildings to provide a visual representation of the design
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance with standards
- Review project construction progress to ensure design specifications are being followed
- Make necessary adjustments or revisions to designs based on client feedback or changes in project scope

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and materials
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
