Team Lead - Customer Support (Indian Nationals)
We are hiring a Team Lead to join our growing customer support team in Remish. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives and ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of $1100 per month.
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in a customer support role required
- Biometric passport required
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of customer support representatives, including training, coaching, and providing feedback
- Ensure all customer inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Monitor team performance and productivity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
- Collaborate with other teams to improve overall customer experience
- Handle escalated customer complaints or complex issues as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
