English Speaking Teamlead for Biometric Passport Processing in Remish, Nepal

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Teamlead to oversee the processing of biometric passports in our Remish office. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing a team of English-speaking employees, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. You will also be responsible for maintaining communication with higher management and providing regular reports on team performance.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Knowledge of biometric passport processing procedures
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of English-speaking employees to ensure timely and accurate processing of biometric passports
- Train new team members on procedures and provide ongoing support and guidance
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and address any issues or concerns
- Maintain communication with higher management regarding team progress and any challenges faced
- Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and filed appropriately
- Handle any escalated customer inquiries or complaints related to passport processing
