Nurse Supervisor



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our team in Al-Khor. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the nursing staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Monitor patient care and ensure all treatments are administered correctly
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create treatment plans for patients
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment
- Provide support and guidance to nursing staff in difficult situations
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulations to ensure high-quality care for patients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a nurse supervisor or similar role
- Valid nursing license in Al-Khor
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

This is a full-time job opportunity, with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. We welcome applications from both local candidates as well as those who need sponsorship.
