We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and organized in an attractive and effective manner in retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement, pricing, and availability
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to negotiate optimal display space for our products
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with sales team to ensure adequate stock levels
- Create appealing product displays that highlight key features and promotions
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies for specific products or locations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- Proven work experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of retail merchandising principles and techniques
