Office Manager (For Foreigners)
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office in Beer-Sheva. We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent communication and leadership skills. This is an urgent position, and we are specifically looking for someone who is a foreigner with English speaking abilities.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage the office budget and ensure all expenses are within company guidelines
- Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies
- Create and implement efficient office procedures to promote productivity and streamline operations
- Hire, train, and supervise administrative staff
- Maintain employee records and handle HR-related tasks such as payroll and benefits administration
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other external parties to ensure smooth business operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Proven experience as an office manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew proficiency is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic accounting software
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this position.
Location:
This position is located in Beer-Sheva, Israel. While we prefer candidates who are foreigners, all qualified applicants will be considered regardless of nationality.
