Skilled Handyman for Property Maintenance

We are searching for a skilled Handyman to join our property maintenance team in Clairvaux. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks such as minor repairs, painting, landscaping, and general maintenance work on our residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction or maintenance work and possess the necessary skills and tools to complete tasks efficiently. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform minor repairs and touch-ups on properties
- Complete painting projects both inside and outside of properties
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and repairs on various systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
- Maintain landscaping and outdoor areas
- Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for maintenance work
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction or property maintenance preferred
- Ability to use various tools and equipment effectively
- Strong knowledge of basic repair techniques in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks as needed
-Knowledge of biometric passport processes is a plus but not required.
