Experienced Handyman at a Renowned Hotel in Clairvaux



We are seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team at a renowned hotel in Clairvaux. As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in general maintenance and repair work. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the hotel facilities and equipment are fully functional and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities and equipment to identify any issues or potential hazards
- Respond promptly to guest requests for repairs or assistance
- Coordinate with external contractors for more complex repair work
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies needed for maintenance tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel standards
- Keep records of maintenance activities and report any major repairs or replacements needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role in a hotel setting
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with guests and colleagues
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential hazards or issues
- Knowledge of safety regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this full-time position.
