Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Computer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience providing technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems and networks. The role will involve responding to user inquiries, performing system diagnostics, and making recommendations for improvements.

Responsibilities:
- Responding to user inquiries and providing technical support
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Maintaining computer systems and networks
- Performing system diagnostics and making recommendations for improvements
- Assisting with the installation, configuration, and updating of software applications
- Creating user accounts and setting permissions as needed
- Conducting regular system backups to ensure data security
- Communicating effectively with team members to resolve technical problems

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent education/training
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and networking
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Customer service oriented with a patient demeanor

Salary: $1300 per month
Location: Kaunas, Lithuania (accommodation not provided)
