Construction Manager



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As our ideal candidate, you will oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the project, including budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop project schedules and ensure they are met.
- Create and manage project budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Monitor progress of construction work on site.
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses, materials used, and labor costs.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality workmanship is maintained.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders including clients, vendors, and team members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations in Kenya.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Nakuru, Kenya (Preference for Indian candidates)
