We are seeking experienced and fluent English speaking Indian nationals to join our call center team in Jeddah. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through phone interactions with our clients. Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Listen to customers' concerns and provide appropriate solutions

- Follow communication scripts and protocols when interacting with customers
- Keep records of all interactions and transactions with customers
- Escalate any complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Jeddah on a valid visa
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a call center representative or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is preferred
