Instrument Technician

Our company, a leading industrial facility in Manama, is seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various instruments and control systems used in our facility. You will work closely with our engineering and operations teams to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of our equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair various instruments and control systems such as pressure gauges, temperature sensors, flow meters, and level indicators
- Perform regular maintenance tasks on instruments including cleaning, lubrication, and component replacement
- Test instruments to ensure proper functionality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instruments using testing equipment and technical manuals
- Create reports on instrument performance and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with engineering team to design new instrument systems or upgrades for existing systems
- Train new technicians on instrument maintenance procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification in instrumentation preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting
- Knowledge of various types of instruments used in industrial processes
- Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals to troubleshoot issues
- Familiarity with electrical systems and components
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills to work effectively with colleagues from different departments

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Manama. While we welcome all applicants who are eligible to work in Bahrain regardless of nationality or location, we will prioritize candidates who are already living in or willing to relocate to Manama.
