As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of individuals in our English-speaking department. The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
