Sales Manager - Indian Market (Plovdiv, Bulgaria)


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. As a Sales Manager for the Indian market, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in India. You will work closely with our Indian clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions that meet their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Indian market
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our presence in the region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Understand client needs and develop customized solutions to meet their business objectives
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to make strategic business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends to senior management

Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the Indian market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong understanding of Indian culture, customs, and business practices
- Experience working with a diverse client base from different industries
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus
