Position: Equipment Operator (Full-Time)

Role Description:
The Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating various heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders to assist in the construction of roads, buildings, and other structures. The ideal candidate should have experience operating heavy equipment and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to project specifications
- Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or damage to equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations on the job site
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment
- Ability to read and understand project plans and specifications
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1600 per month.
