Restaurant Manager - Part Time
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant operations on a part-time basis. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards
- Create staff schedules and manage labor costs
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies
- Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Collaborate with chefs to develop new menu items and specials
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain health code standards
- Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff members effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health code standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays if needed
Salary: $900 per month (based on part-time hours)
Location: US (preference for US citizens or those with valid work visas)
