We are hiring a highly motivated and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in the beautiful city of Us. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue for our hotel. This role is perfect for someone without experience as we provide on-the-job training. We also offer accommodation and visa sponsorship, making it suitable for both men and women.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide them with personalized solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
- Conduct regular sales meetings with the team to review progress, set targets, and provide coaching and support.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or marketing within the hotel industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
