Job Title: Contract Baker


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Baker to join our team in Isa Town. As a Contract Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods according to recipes and customer orders. You must have prior experience in a bakery or pastry shop, as well as knowledge of various baking techniques and ingredients. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$, which includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of breads, pastries, and desserts according to recipes
- Decorate cakes and other baked goods according to customer requests
- Ensure all products are consistently high quality and meet food safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed
- Clean and maintain equipment, workstations, and kitchen area
- Keep track of customer orders and ensure timely delivery

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working in a bakery or pastry shop
- Knowledge of different baking techniques such as mixing, kneading, proofing, shaping, etc.
- Understanding of ingredient measurements and conversions
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members

Preferred Qualifications:
- Formal training in baking or pastry arts from a recognized institute or culinary school
- Experience working with specialized equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, etc.
- Creativity in designing new products or adapting existing recipes
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
