As a Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications and websites. You will work with both front-end and back-end technologies to create functional and visually appealing products. This position is open to English-speaking candidates, preferably from Kenya, with the ability to secure their own visa and accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software applications and websites
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
- Develop user-friendly interfaces that are visually appealing and functional across different devices
- Troubleshoot issues and debug code to ensure optimal performance
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology
- Work within tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as JavaScript frameworks (React or Angular)
- Proficiency in back-end languages such as Java or Node.js
- Experience working with databases (MySQL or MongoDB)
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in English
