Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect for our company, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing designs. You will also collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements, budget, and timeline
- Create detailed architectural plans and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Research building materials, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Review contractor bids and make recommendations for selection
- Oversee construction progress to ensure adherence to design plans
- Resolve any design or construction issues that may arise during the project
- Conduct site visits to inspect the quality of workmanship and materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Ashdod, Israel (Preference for Malayalees)
