Experienced Chef Specialist

As an experienced Chef Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of kitchen operations in our high-end restaurant in Izhevsk. You will lead a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring the delivery of exceptional food quality and presentation. Your expertise in menu planning, food costing, purchasing, and inventory management will be utilized to maintain the highest standards of food quality while maximizing profitability. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and developing new chefs and kitchen staff to maintain a skilled and efficient team.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chef in a high-end restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of different cuisines and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in menu planning, food costing, purchasing, and inventory management
- Fluent in English (Malayalee speakers preferred)
- Passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences

Salary: $1300/month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Izhevsk, Russia (open to non-Russian nationals)
