Chef de Cuisine


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our team in the vibrant city of Izhevsk. As a Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. Your creativity, leadership skills, and passion for culinary excellence will help us maintain our reputation as one of the top restaurants in the city.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and innovative menus that showcase our unique fusion cuisine
- Ensure high-quality and consistent food preparation in accordance with established standards
- Manage inventory and control food costs to maximize profitability
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high levels of efficiency and productivity
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role in a high-end restaurant
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.
