Plasterer for Residential Construction in Siauliai, Lithuania

We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to walls and ceilings of residential buildings to create a smooth finish. You must have at least 2 years of experience in residential construction and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, sanding, and applying sealant
- Mix and apply plaster or other materials to cover walls and ceilings
- Smooth out uneven surfaces using hand or power tools
- Repair any cracks or damage in existing plasterwork
- Ensure proper drying time for materials before applying additional coats
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Plasterer in residential construction
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes
- Physical stamina and ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
