As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth. You should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team of sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales approach accordingly
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the team
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a successful team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions

Preferred:
- Experience working in the Pakistani or Nepali market
- Fluent in English with knowledge of local languages is a plus
