Junior QA Engineer - Oslo, Norway


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior QA Engineer to join our growing team in Oslo. As a Junior QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through thorough testing and troubleshooting. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform manual and automated testing on software products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve any issues or bugs found during testing
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Document and report any defects or issues found during testing
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code meets quality standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software testing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies
- Experience with manual testing techniques and tools such as Selenium or JMeter
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a QA Engineer or Software Tester is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies is a plus
