Architecture Manager


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Architecture Manager to join our team in Bergen. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural design process, from conceptualization to construction. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project timelines and budgets
- Lead a team of architects and designers in creating innovative designs
- Review and approve project plans, drawings, and specifications
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Oversee construction process to ensure compliance with design plans
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural software
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team

This is a part-time position offering a competitive salary of $1300 per month. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. We encourage applications from individuals of all genders.
