Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. As our ideal candidate, you must have a strong background in construction management and proven leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and manage project budgets and timelines
- Coordinate and lead project meetings with team members, contractors, and clients
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Manage and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor progress and quality of work on-site
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management, preferably in the UAE region
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
