We are seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Washington. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance, installation, and configuration of computer systems, networks, servers, and other related equipment. You will also troubleshoot any technical issues that arise and ensure the security and efficiency of our network.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, servers, and other related equipment
- Monitor network performance to ensure smooth operation
- Troubleshoot technical issues that arise with hardware or software
- Ensure network security by implementing firewalls and other security measures
- Perform regular backups to protect against data loss
- Maintain accurate records of network updates, upgrades, and maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to design and implement new systems or upgrades

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator
- Strong knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMWare or Hyper-V
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
