Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Doha. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service to our guests. This is an English speaking job, so fluency in English is required. This is a part-time position, making it ideal for students or those seeking extra income. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing prompt and attentive service
- Answer customer questions about menu items and make recommendations
- Process payments using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and workstations
- Assist with setting up tables and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly demeanor and strong customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction from superiors
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
