DevOps Developer

As a DevOps Developer, you will be responsible for collaborating with software developers, system operators, and other IT professionals to automate and streamline the process of software delivery and infrastructure changes. Your primary focus will be on creating and maintaining tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues in the development, test, and production environments. This role requires a strong knowledge of software development, system administration, and automation tools.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automation tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the development, test, and production environments
- Develop scripts to automate manual tasks
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with best practices
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Participate in the planning and implementation of new technologies
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in DevOps practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software development processes (Agile/Scrum)
- Experience with automation/configuration management tools such as Ansible or Puppet
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash or Python
- Experience working with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Nagios or Prometheus
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues quickly
- Excellent communication skills
