We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to identify trends and insights that will drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with data analysis tools and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize large sets of data from various sources
- Use data analysis tools to identify patterns and trends in the data
- Create reports and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies based on data insights
- Continuously monitor data quality and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate new techniques into analysis processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Expertise in using data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and visualize large datasets
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
