We are currently hiring a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator for a contract job in Siauliai, Lithuania. This position is open to Indian nationals with experience in operating heavy machinery and a valid biometric passport. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to project needs and safety regulations
- Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment and perform routine maintenance
- Safely transport materials and debris using the equipment
- Report any issues or malfunctions to superiors immediately
- Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator
- Valid biometric passport
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
