Mechanical Fitter



We are in search of a skilled and experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our team in Shan. As a Mechanical Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining machinery and equipment according to blueprints and technical specifications. Your main goal will be to ensure that all machines are running efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and manuals.
- Assemble, install, and maintain mechanical components of machines such as motors, pumps, belts, gears, bearings, etc.
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment to complete tasks.
- Inspect machines regularly for any defects or malfunctions.
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise during production.
- Identify potential problems or areas for improvement in machinery design.
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter or similar role.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy machinery parts.

Preferred:
- Trade school certification in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in the manufacturing industry.
