Barista for a Busy Coffee Shop in Ashdod

Our coffee shop is seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Ashdod. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers with precision and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a fast-paced coffee shop environment, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Ensure quality control of all drinks prepared
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling any inquiries or concerns
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Barista in a busy coffee shop setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods is an asset

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ashdod, Israel
