We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team on a contract basis in Khanpur, Pakistan. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of baked goods such as bread, pastries, and desserts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods according to recipes
- Ensure all products are consistently high quality and meet food safety standards
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as necessary
- Decorate and finish products with icing or toppings
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area
- Train new employees on baking techniques and procedures
- Collaborate with other team members to develop new recipes or improve existing ones

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to follow precise recipes and measurements
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Urdu language skills preferred)
- Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects

Qualifications:
Certificate or diploma in baking or culinary arts preferred but not required. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.
