Cashier - Part Time



We are in need of a part-time Cashier to join our team at our retail store located in Svalbard. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash and card transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness of your work area. The ideal candidate will have previous cashier experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Process cash and card payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Keep track of inventory levels and restock as needed
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures
- Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred
- Strong math skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Basic computer knowledge is an asset

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is 1000$ per month.
