As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages to our valued guests. Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Take accurate orders from guests
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them during their meal
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Process payments accurately using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

Requirements:
- Indian national preferred
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
