Finisher Supervisor

We are in search of an experienced and detail-oriented Finisher Supervisor to oversee our team in Clairvaux. As the Finisher Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely completion of finishing tasks and maintaining quality standards. Your role will involve supervising and training a team of finishers, as well as coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of finishers and delegate tasks accordingly
- Ensure the timely completion of finishing tasks according to production schedules
- Train new finishers on techniques and quality standards
- Monitor and maintain quality control measures throughout the finishing process
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues that may arise
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary materials for finishing tasks
- Conduct performance evaluations for finishers and provide feedback for improvement
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a finisher or similar role in a production environment
- Proven experience in supervising a team and delegating tasks effectively
- In-depth knowledge of finishing techniques, tools, and materials
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Strong communication skills to effectively train, coordinate, and resolve conflicts within the team
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be fluent in English (Malayalee candidates preferred)

Salary: 1600$ per month
