Loader Operator

We are hiring a reliable and experienced Loader Operator to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to load materials onto trucks or into storage areas. Your main duties will include inspecting and maintaining equipment, following safety protocols, and ensuring efficient loading of materials.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders and forklifts to load materials onto trucks or into storage areas
- Inspect equipment before use and report any issues to the supervisor
- Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work area and equipment
- Ensure efficient loading of materials according to specifications
- Maintain accurate records of loaded materials and keep track of inventory levels
- Communicate with truck drivers or other team members to coordinate loading operations
- Perform regular maintenance on equipment as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience operating loaders or other heavy equipment in a construction or warehouse setting
- Ability to read and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures for operating heavy equipment
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English

Salary: $1800 per month

Location: Beer-Sheva, Israel (Filipino preferred)
