Indian Collector in Mombasa


We are currently hiring an experienced Collector to join our team in Mombasa. As an Indian Collector, you will be responsible for collecting payments from customers and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.

Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via phone, email, or in person to collect outstanding payments
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve any payment discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and communication with customers
- Work closely with the accounting department to reconcile accounts and resolve any billing issues
- Provide excellent customer service while handling collection inquiries and concerns
- Follow all company policies and procedures when dealing with delinquent accounts

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with a valid work visa for Kenya
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Proven experience as a Collector or similar role, preferably in the finance or banking industry
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle difficult conversations with customers
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
1400$ per month
