A reputable property management company in Sofia, Bulgaria is seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have experience in various maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for ensuring that all properties under our management are well-maintained and in good working order.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections on properties
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and basic plumbing
- Handle any emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Install new fixtures and appliances as needed
- Keep track of inventory and supplies for maintenance tasks
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas in properties

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
- Good communication skills to interact with tenants and property owners
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor when needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.

Location:
This job is located in Sofia, Bulgaria. However, we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are legally authorized to work in Bulgaria.
