Location: Herzliya, Israel
Salary: $1500/month


We are currently hiring a skilled Barista to join our team in Herzliya. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Barista and be passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages according to customer orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment
- Ensure that all products are fresh, properly stocked, and rotated accordingly
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking customer orders, answering questions, and resolving any concerns or complaints
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding food safety, health, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, latte art is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with an hourly rate of $1500/month. The working hours may vary depending on the needs of the business but may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position does not include accommodation.
