Architecture Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Atlanta. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design projects, from conception to completion. Your role will involve working closely with clients, leading a team of architects and designers, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Create project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Review and approve architectural designs, drawings, and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and provide guidance to the project team
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software programs
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

This is a full-time position suitable for men of Indian nationality. The salary for this position is $1700 per month.
