As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, collecting and analyzing data, and developing innovative solutions using cutting-edge machine learning techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Collect, clean and preprocess data for use in training and evaluating machine learning models.
- Apply various machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, deep learning, etc. to analyze data and extract insights.
- Test and evaluate the performance of machine learning models using appropriate metrics.
- Continuously monitor the performance of deployed models and make necessary improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of machine learning.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) working as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R or Java.
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their applications.
- Experience with popular libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch or Scikit-Learn.
- Familiarity with SQL databases for data manipulation and extraction.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze large datasets efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
