IT Support Specialist

Our company is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the proper functioning of our computer systems. This role requires a strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices
- Install and configure new hardware and software as needed
- Set up user accounts and permissions on our network
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Provide training to employees on how to use various hardware and software programs
- Maintain accurate records of all technical support requests and resolutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar IT support role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively under pressure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: Beer-Sheva, Israel
